This is an updated version of my original mod featuring weather selection in pre-heist menu.

This mods allows you to select from a epic looking variations of time of day & weather, giving a brand new feeling when playing each heist.

Currently there are 6 supported heists and more to come!

No Rest For The Wicked
Road Rage
Dirty Ice
Cook Off
Gold & Sharke
Touch the Sky
Diamond District

Mod itself adds variety of combinations you can get to change atmosphere of a heist such as

Weather types
Clear,
Fog,
Clouds,
Rain

With combinations of different time
Noon,
Evening,
Night

IMPORTANT
Mods that change the level components such as lighting or post processing may not be compatible with this mods and may cause issues (eg. this)
Some modifiers arent compatible with a map so they may not be visible in selection. Some of the combinations too.
All heist still have their default value available as the automatically selected option in the selection menu!

It seems that patched version of zModLoader is required just like for the jukebox mod for some reason. Please use it. Thanks.

Mod crashes the game when loading into the main menu, I'm thinking it's related to the weather selector menu?

dont use the original mods with this thats why It crashes

I identified the cause of the crashes. It has to do with the version of the zModLoader. Unfortunately, the public version of the mod is not compatible with this mod and requires a patched version. I linked down the version I use and works with this mod. Hopefully it works for you too.
(UPDATE: Mod Author has attached the patched version of the zModLoader to the Downloads page of this mod.)
