Half-Life 2 - Red-Hot Rebar Crossbow

Weapon Preview:

Adds a new Primary Special weapon, the "Resistance Crossbow", or the Red-Hot Rebar Crossbow from Half-Life 2 and its episodes.

The Red-Hot Rebar Crossbow unlocks at LV12 and appears as the Arblast (Heavy Crossbow).
Re-uses most stats from the Light Crossbow, but not all of them (reload timers, damage output, concealment)

Courtesy of Cpone (giant thanks), the rebar bolt dynamically charges when its placed on the weapon during the reload, and discharges when fired, just like in Half-Life 2.
The weapon re-uses the vanilla Light Crossbow reload animation with some alterations, though a bit of animation snapping can be seen.
The crossbow will appear uncocked in the main menu, still not exactly sure why.
The projectiles are still the vanilla arrows. Will fix once I find a way.
