Glow in the dark flashbangs! (and color codes it yellow!)

this will conflict if you use outlined enemy flashbangs so i provided 2 versions, one without outline (sublime doubtless flashbangs), one with outline (sublime doubtless flashbags contoured)

if you dont want the modified texture remove it yourself, it'll still glow in the dark as long as you dont modify the material config
