Adds an outfit based on the OVERKILL MC Bikerdozer from Restoration Mod.

This mod mostly uses its own textures, but will still use the following vanilla textures:

units/white_df
units/payday2/textures/blank_nm
units/payday2/characters/shared_textures/merit_head_nm
units/payday2/characters/shared_textures/merit_head_df

I had intended to include this in Gang Members Outfit Pack, but I didn't want that mod to become so big that it couldn't be uploaded to MWS (for those unaware, the upload limit is 250MB), so I gave this outfit its own mod.
