This very simple mod just replaces those annoying, semi-transparent scrolling bars you see as part of the background of crimenet, with an empty 8x8 texture.
Useful for keeping the look of your game's menus consistent if you use "Menu Backgrounds".

This doesn't contain any code, it's just a mod_overrides folder.
