More NPC Flashlights adds flashlights to police NPCs, making it easier to see them in the dark. You can control when the flashlights are on with a simple menu.

Simple Menu Settings: You control when the flashlights are on. The menu gives you three choices for each level:
Off: Flashlights are always off.
Level Decides: The game level decides when flashlights are on.
On: Flashlights are always on.
Change Anytime: You can change the flashlight settings anytime, even in the middle of a level.
How to Use:
Installation: Download and install the More NPC Flashlights mod and place in the mods folder.
Accessing the Menu: Open the in-game BLT mod options menu and go to the More NPC Flashlights section.
Setting Preferences: Choose Off, Level Decides, or On to control when the flashlights are used.
Change Mid-Level: Open the menu anytime during the game to change the flashlight settings on the fly.
