The better chat mod adds three commands to the payday 3 chat:

• "/clear": Clears the chat (Prevents chat spam bug from killing your performance)
• "/lock": Locks the chat so that important messages cannot be pushed away
• "/unlock": Unlocks the chat again (and displays everything that was sent while the chat was locked)
• For each of the following mute commands, there's an identical unmute command
  • "/mute others": Mutes all chats and pings from other players
  • "/mute system": Mutes downed/Revived etc. messages. as well as AI crew messages (e.g. "Dallas: placed an armour bag here")
  • "/mute pings": Mutes item pickups and pings (e.g. "Look there's a camera")
  • "/mute <username>": Mutes someone based on username (without the <> obviously)

This mod has modding support - instructions for how to add commands to the chat and connect functionality to them are in the linked github repo.
