fixes alot of speed boost glitches on some weapons like the piglet grenade launcher.
there is a seperate version for shotguns, but that is locked behind a private group so i cant access that one

edit: since i havent made the description clear enough, here is an example:

all weapons have been fixed by this, except tube ved shotguns (wich means you load shells individually) those can still be buggy.
without the mod, sometimes things like the piglet, while under the influence of reload skills like Agressive Reload (aced and non aced), lock and load aced or inspire basic, will still use the normal reload speed time eventhough it should be faster due to the skills / buffs.
