There used to be a bug where cloakers would cuff you in normal, non-mutated/non-crime spree heists. Just something to remember.
This mod makes cloakers kinky by making them cuff you instead of bashing your face in (you enter cuffed state instead of bleedout state). This also disables their "police brutality" animation where they continue to beat you. Cuffed players cannot be Inspire'd.
