I suppose it's fair enough that Overkill didn't get all the voice actors back for all the later characters or medics or what have you, but, come on, Jacket would just splice something together with whatever he has to work with. The stiffness and garbage splice work are what make it authentic. Have you ever noticed how often he says "enjoy," and yet he didn't bother to give Joy the time of day? Despicable.

New audio is majority sentence spliced from existing Jacket quotes, me and my roommate with a lot of post-processing, or Google Translate's tts reader, alongside a few random clips from weird sources like old radio broadcasts, a Nintendo Switch commercial, and an episode of Breaking Bad. There are a small handful that also use an AI Jacket filter, but I avoided it when possible (it's mostly just on the word "Hila").

Players without the mod will hear Jacket's default placeholder callouts instead, mod goes in mod_overrides.
