The Coyote perk deck is a support style deck for team play similar to crew chief but with added elements of other perk decks. those added skills would be from sicario, burglar, gambler, and biker.
The playstyle is meant to be less aggressive and teammate oriented you don't do damage you run around giving benefits to your teammates.
I have had no issues running this deck online although your experience may differ, so be carful using this perk deck in random online lobbies.

Pack Hunting: 8% dmg reduction, +50 % stamina, +10% health, +5% armor (for crew), +6% health and +12% stamina per each hostage up to 4 (for crew). unlock the smoke bomb +50% dodge and -50% enemy accuracy.

Pack Nursing: Ammo heal 32-40 HP, share 50% ammo pickup and ammo healing with nearby allies.

Shadow Whelp: -15% chance to be targeted, -35% chance to be targeted when crouched, and +10% crouch movement speed.

Group Thinking: +10% health and armor (self), +5% health and armor per crew kill (max 10 per 15 seconds)

Veiled Threats: +10% Crew dodge in smoke, +100% smoke effect.
