Adds Source Engine ragdoll noises, in case you thought the vanilla ragdolls weren't goofy enough.

This was going to be my original April Fools joke until I realized that fugsystem already made a mod like this.
If you want ragdoll sounds that use vanilla audio, download their mod instead.
