Finally found some time to make a heist.
I wanted to mostly focus on trying to make this heist possible in loud and stealth and look into some custom voicelines.

An acquaintance of mine found an interesting opportunity before he went silent. You see, there's this place where bikers are crafting weapons for Murkywater. It seems that they have some form of alliance. How about we destroy it by stealing their stuff?
