Enhances the game's audio by implementing some iconic Source Engine sounds:

• Footstep sounds replaced with appropriate-ish Source footsteps.
• Added jumping sounds because vanilla doesn't have any.
• Enemies make Combine footstep and death noises.
• Heisters (and some other NPC characters) say random Half-Life 2 citizen lines.
• Added Source Engine ragdoll noises.
