1. Extract the file and place it inside the "mods" folder after installing the DAHM/DorHUD Framework.
2. Hover your mouse over the difficulty selection when choosing a heist, and press enter.
3. Enable the mutator by checking the box.

If you can't access mutators, you must enable the Overkill 193 mod if you disabled it manually!
