Shows the latest mods, that are on top of ModWorkshops page, but ingame.

Cycles between top 5 mods every 10 seconds. If you click on it, it will open the overlay and take you to the mods page.

A side note. If you don't like this, you are bothered by the design or overally something else. This isn't meant to be something serious and it's suppossed to be more of a fun mod, rather full on "change the game as much as possible".
