This is a updated version of the preplanning manager from VanillaHUD Plus.
This is included with the latest update of VanillaHUD Plus.

The following changes from the VanilllaHUD Plus version and standalone:

• Fixed the saved votes not saving and also not displaying the actual saved name
• Updated the save format to save the plans closer to how the game saves them
• Replaced the current dialog for handling missing money, favors and skills errors, it now uses the rebuy assets from the base game

Note:
The mod won't load existing saved plans as it wasn't saving anything related to votes properly
