V1:
Like payday 3 you can increase assault delay by taking hostages before assault starts. Each hostage increases time by 5 seconds and for every 5 hostage you get a bonus 20 seconds but you can lose all of this if they die or something. This only works for civilians by design and it will work for point of no return timer also.
V2:
When heist goes loud and you intimidate a civilian, most of them will go to the ground immediately.
There is a 50% chance of either ammo bag or first aid kit to drop when releasing a hostage.
