Replaces the pager status-request lines with the codec call opening sound effect.
TO INSTALL THE MOD: drop the "Metal Gear Solid Codec Call for Pager" folder inside your "mod_overrides" folder which is located at steam/steamapps/common/payday 2/assets/mod_overrides.
If you don't know where the PAYDAY 2 folder is: Go to your library, right click on PAYDAY 2, click on "Properties...", click on "Installed Files", then click on "Browse..." which is next to "Size of installation".
