You'll be returning to the Shield Mall led by Bain and Jackal, the Mall has had some upgrades since the hit in 2014, and the Capitol Savings Bank has reopened. The bullion you're looking for rests in their vault. Let's do this!

This 1-day heist (found under Custom Heists for now) can only be completed in loud (stealth is coming in the future maybe, with everything else that didn't make it to 1.0)
