Knight's Armament SR-16 weapon replacement for CAR4. Replacing the weapon model, icons, descriptions and sounds.
Model/textures/sounds are property of Void Interactive, texture improvements, editing and conversion by me. Sound implementation by Nikout13.
This is first of its kind full weapon replacement with attachment compatibility, unfortunately camos/patterns/stickers don't work. Please let us know about any issues in the comments.
INSTALLATION:
Put the .pak file either in the mods folder or the .pak files location. (PAYDAY3\Content\Paks)
Add -fileopenlog to the game's launch options or download the UE4SS mod, otherwise the game will crash.
It's good, but it doesn't look quite right with the CQC barrel as the muzzle devices go too far into the handguard, especially suppressors. Any chance of maybe making the CQC barrel slightly longer so they're flush with it? Other issue is foregrips are a bit too high on the model, they clip into the underside of the handguard, especially noticeable with the angled ghost grip and quick hold grip.

This is possible but more complicated, it's not just about moving models
@Unselles Fair enough, I don't know anything about how the modding works, just noting that it has those issues
