Adds the "PAYDAY: The Heist" AMCAR-4 Carbine as an add-on/standalone assault rifle. This weapon unlocks at level 4 and is based on the vanilla AMCAR. Includes 2 unique weapon mods: a sight and a barrel extension.

This weapon will appear as the AMCAR to everyone else with and without the mod installed, unless HQ weapons are enabled in the settings.
Currently does NOT support custom colors/skins.
