This is a continuation of Dr_Newbie's Overdrill Stealth and the removal of the vent from FleggyTheBunny version. My version fixes the random crashes on certain maps
A couple of things to note:
To get the achievement you have to trigger Loud and run back into the vault.
The Drill will open both doors once you throw the first stealth money bag into the vent.

The one labeled "vent disabled" makes a vent cover spawn
The one labeled "vent enabled" makes the vent usable the entire time
