Have you ever wanted to have an anime character on your torch? I know I haven't. This mod allows you to do that anyway. Filian is a VTuber who lives in a cardboard box outside a Welch's Fruit Snacks factory who streams on twitch and stuff.

I'm not well versed in the Filly-Lore but here's the start of the Filian Mods. I will add Filian into the game as much as possible during these upcoming months (possibly even years, who knows? I suck with deadlines :3). Just put all the folder junk into your mod_overrides folder and let it cook. Eventually you may even use your flashlight during a heist!

||Credits: For conversion from .png to .dds (which later was renamed to .texture) I used a neat conversion website (link may vary with location). I also used as the improved boykisser flashlight mod and the mugshot from most of Filian's socials.||
