Replaces Cpt. Winters' lines with those of Big John from Rise of the Triad 2013. He will announce his arrival with "Guten Tag!" or introducing himself, and the same lines will be used when contact is made. When rallying his buddies he will yell variations of "Come on, kill me!". When a heister is downed he will taunt you with a hammy laughter or call you ugly/girly. The retreat lines are all replaced with a short laugh that is also used as his death sound in DUSK.

If you don't want the "ARRRRIGHT THE CAPTAIN IS HERE" lines replaced, remove the npc_cpa folder.

There's a download with the original Winters' lines converted to WAVs and sorted by events he's using them, so you can use it for reference if you want to make a similar mod.
