Adds a new Heist Track, that being an edited version of 'Welcome to the Village' from The Division.
Requires Beardlib Place file(s) in mod_overrides
Recalling on my time in the division's survival mode, I just KNEW I had to include this track. I've nailed the assault theme to loop perfectly, with control and buildup nicely tying into each other; a slow-paced, yet on-edge, theme for ending/building on police assaults.
