This is a mod meant to comprehensively remove all known instances of vomit in the game, for those with emetophobia or simply do not want to see it in the game.
Please note that this might not work for custom enemies added through overhaul mods like Restoration Mod!
Poison DoT demonstration (safe to watch)
Big Bank Poisoned Cake insider asset demonstration (safe to watch)
List of effects:
Spoiler!
General:- Removes particles from enemies who are afflicted with poison damage-over-time
- Replaces animations from enemies who are afflicted with poison damage-over-time; instead of this animation, enemies will hold their head/ears (using the ECM Jammer stunned animation)
Big Bank:
- Hides a prop in the sink from the "Poisoned Cake" preplanning asset
- Replaces animation from the guard affected by the "Poisoned Cake" preplaning asset; the guard will instead smoke a cigarette
White Xmas:
- Replaces an animation with the "drinking" animation
- Replaces a voiceline with the "drinking" voiceline
This does not affect enemy stun duration or damage over time calculation at all- in other words, gameplay mechanics are unaffected.

Known Issues:
- The cigarette in the Big Bank guard's "smoking" replacement animation is missing the cigarette. In reality, the cigarette is spawned, but for unknown reasons, the animation is broken such that "prop" objects like the cigarette are not properly attached to the hand. This is beyond my ability to fix.

This mod should prevent any relevant sounds/graphics from appearing in the game, but if for some reason you find some that are not blocked, I apologize, and ask that you please report it to me. I will update the mod to fix such issues as soon as possible. (Please include as much detail about it as you can, eg. which enemy it was or what source of damage it was, so that I know where to look when fixing it)
