I try to update the spawn more and faster mod to avoid the marshal big spawn.
And it works pretty fine.

This need 2 mods to work like I always want :

• Reworked Enemy AI
• Disable Winters

The first make the cops more agressive.
The second mod disable the cptn winters because over 100 sheld spwn and 8 cptn with Spwan more and faster.
