Removes the reflectiveness from all Rookie variants added by Tailor Expansion for the sake of consistency with Visual Fixes and Untitled Variant Mod, and also because they look better this way.

I can't emphasize enough how much this requires Tailor Expansion to do anything.
You don't need Visual Fixes or Unupdatedforsixmonths Variant Mod though.
