the back story about this image is that the elections in paraguay are rolling in, and some friends from paraguay were checking the candidates page, not to look for the next person in charge, but to find the most fucked up image they can, because almost everyone took the worst photo they could, and thats when we found out about ambrosio cubilla, ever since he has become a meme in our discord server. then i made him into a mod and now hes here to delight everyone in its presence
