This mod is a little useful tool if your game is crashing due to mod_overrides or mods files, or maybe both, or you want to 'disable' a mod. This does not impact your game in any way, shape, or form and will not activate mod_overrides and mods files placed in this file. Please read the "intro" text document in the folder after installation.

I got this idea like 10 months ago but haven't gotten to it until now. Another bright idea gone to waste for absolutely no reason.
