Bullseye now restores health when you damage an enemy. This will not happen if you have Berserker.
It consequently gives more value to Bullseye Aced by presenting it as a powerful method of regenerating health.

The healing is capped at 25 HP, in case you have a mod that affects Bullseye Aced's regeneration bonus. It also still gives you armor.

If you think the healing is too high, or if giving you armor as well is too powerful, you can easily change that by editing playermanager.lua and changing the number or removing the restore armor line.
