HRT (April Fools) by Hoppip

HRT is back in town! This mod adds the HRT and adjusts assault delays so they can do their job. They will spawn between assaults and go for the civilians.

While it does bring back the FBI agents that are part of the HRT, they will go and kill hostages instead of rescuing them
