Custom menu backgrounds based on Spec Ops: The Line screenshots and cutscene.. scenes. yeah.

My god, was this a pain in the damn ass to make. Even though it was a simple "just place PNG's into the folder" the game found ways to make me crash each time. Luckily this stopped now and I hope that the mod will work well for everyone.

*Drop the "dubai" file inside SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\mods\Menu Backgrounds\Assets*

If any of you have better images that could be replaced for some screens, let me know. I had a hard time finding any image at all.

Images may appear low-res as hell because unfortunately thats either the fault of SO:TL having low res textures or people being unable to upload their damn images as a high-quality PNG. I say this because I spent hours looking for images that were actually high quality and not just countable pixels, until I gave up and maybe 2-3 backgrounds in this mod may appear low res. (i was too lazy to open the game to take screenshots myself. I'm not much of a photographer either)

UPD. 1: Fixed the blackscreen (screen where you load into the heist). Now it won't show tiny bits of the photo app I used to resize the images with... aha.

UPD. 2: After a month of not even playtesting the fix it would seem that it was even worse. Now its fixed. Well fuck. Sincerest apologies.
