Original mod was posted on modworkshop but now deleted.
This is very good fix mod so I'm reupload.

Only works when you are a host. then your client will be solved.

About Bug:
This bug is only happened on client.
When you hit guard or civilian, other enemies will detect you within 10m.
It's happen just hit not a kill, also melee have same problem.
Even if you tie or dominate after hit dosen't solve it.
