With little experience in groundwork, the Liberator occasionally needs to stop and take a breather before getting back into the fight against whatever tyrants sit at the top.

Inspired by a perk in Fallout 76.
The Liberator Perk Deck offers strong defensive perks in the form of the perk deck's bespoke throwable ability, which can be used to regain health and stamina in between intense fights.
## Perks
1. Survival Shortcut
Unlocks and equips the Survival Syringe throwable. Using a Survival Syringe will immediately restore 50 health and 25 stamina, and restore an additional 25 health every second for 4 seconds or until the player takes health damage.
Survival Syringe has 2 charges, each with a cooldown of 120 seconds. Each kill you perform will reduce the cooldown by 6 seconds.
3. Preemptive Interference
The health regen from Survival Syringe now lasts for up to 6 seconds instead of 4.
When health regen from Survival Syringe is canceled, gain 36% damage resistance for the remaining time.
5. Non-empirical
Using a Survival Syringe now restores 50 stamina instead of 25, and restores 35 health every second instead of 25.
Your chance to dodge is increased by 25%.
7. Trouble Entity
Your total health is increased by 40%.
The health regen from Survival Syringe now lasts for up to 8 seconds instead of 6.
9. Emergent Power
Survival Syringe now restores 50 health every second instead of 35.
