Now you can break the shield! (though it's actually just disarming) except for captain winter's Shield so as not to break the captain Buff or anything like that

If shield breaks, he no longer a special enemy, and can be domination, which can be used as a hostage or joker

Shield's health is as follows:

SWAT-tier Shield : 300, 150 (explosion)
FBI, Murky, Mexican, Russian Shield : 800, 400 (explosion)
ZEAL Shield : 900, 600 (explosion)
Phalanx minion Shield : 1200, 800 (explosion)
