Edits Brooklyn Bank in a similar fashion to how Shacklethorne Auction was edited and moves the cops spawning right on top of the second floor outside to across the street. This way they now also come through the previously less used other front entrance and now have to actually work to climb up to the second floor and not just spawn on it for free.

In theory this now means holding the second floor is now just as viable of a strategy as holding the spot at the bottom of the stairs near the door that everyone holds so long as you kill enough of them as they are coming in.

Also added a few quality of life improvements like removing the snow effects and also added stuff that and makes the heist more solo friendly cause most custom heists/edits are done solo anyways.

In particular: letting you grab the equipment earlier so the thermal drill is not the best plan and saving you a second trip outside anymore (so no need to keep restarting till you get thermal drill), and also adding ziplines so there's more incentive to not just grab the medallion, ignore the gold, and bail lol.

Also just added a version that doesn't change anything but removes the snow.
