Im think not since its not have any customed model units (but pre old medic dozer model does) but you can go try it
if it does crash i can note in mod page

Sniper type should spawn depending on what heist you choose
but if it casing issue i might take a look at it

damage are scaled on the difficulty you choose this mostly act like a cosmetic.

by the way having captain shield on will crash client so i going back to common modifier also new shield uint when ?

Snap's Spawngroups could do work.

but some reason the mod don't existed anymore.
I could repost as google drive if you interested since i still have file.

(Note that:it's wont compatible with this mod)

what's the difficulty setting supposed to mean? like do you select in which difficulty they will spawn or from a difficulty (like I pick FBI SWAT VARIANT - NORMAL, will they spawn only in the normal difficulty or will spawn with the normal difficulty stats?)

MOD Difficulty settings are used to choose which variant you want to spawn from difficulty you settings (example you choose swat for normal/hard difficulty to spawn in overkill which will spawn in overkill and above difficulty)

This act is more like a cosmetic change as damage scaling is still the same. (though if you try to spawn higher difficulty variants on normal like Gensec variants some of their weapons will do mayhem damage.)

so like, if I choose SWAT - VERY HARD, will the normal blue swat spawn only on very hard or will FBI SWAT spawn on every difficulty above very hard?

blue swats from normal/hard you choose to spawn in very hard will also spawn in higher difficulty along with normal spawngroup that difficulty you choose
(example FBI spawn in Very Hard/Overkill,Gensec spawn in Mayhem,Dead Wish in vanilla spawngroup)
act like you insert those variant into difficulty you set.

hmmmmm there nothing wrong with it
maybe try to remove Tmod_TUO.txt in save file so that it's goes for default settings so you can reconfigure again.

i love the idea because you never see again the blue swats but this game is make a little reallistic idea with litterally calling all units

They do spawn if there is scripted spawn though it's gonna be rarely to see them around in a normal spawngroup.
