Inspired (or stolen from lmao) by GTTOP's Difficulty name mod

Adds the difficulty skulls to the boring Vanilla Difficulty Names, Intended to be used with Better Assault Indicators

the only credit this baka(me) gets is changing 6-7 lines of .lua and uploading this mod to modworkshop.net
