cirno day has come and gone, but this simple baka ice fairy will forever be one of my favoraite characters.

The theme of everyone's favoraite Baka Ice Fairy, who is the strongest out of all of the fairies! (maybe except Clownspiece but lets assume we're talking about fairies native to Gensokyo.)
