Replaces the Buzzer melee weapon with the Rod of Remorse used by Eiki Shiki from Touhou Project.

Make sure to download all dependencies as the mod was not made with the default swing animation in mind.

EDIT: Ive added a version that replaces the Ice Pick as well, the file is called "rod axe"
