This mod gives most of the heisters the simple, yet effective attire of a grey suit, white shirt and black tie/vest.

Ethan and Hila also have grey suits of their own, but no images could be provided.

It's paired well together with any mod replaces the default blue gloves with black ones (as pictured)
If you wish to keep just one suit, remove all the files other than the ones of the heister of your choosing (more information can be found here, in the #players category.
I am kind of surprised how this kind of mod hasn't been made before. There have been many Black&White suit packs, but the Grey&White ones have never made an appearance.
