Adds a contour to all managers in the game.

Drop in your assets/mod_overrides folder.

Known issues:

• Some heists such as FWB and San Martín Bank have civilians that uses the same character files as the managers from other heists, causing useless civilians to be highlighted too. The only way to fix this is deleting the file that highlights that expecific character but this will cause the mod to not highlight them in the heists they are usefull.
