whats it do?
changes the "woosh" armor recovery sound with touhou luna nights "magic point(s) max" sound effect! Sound will NOT work with "anarchist " and "armorer" perk decks since they dont acutally play any sound.
feel free to change the sound and upload your own (use PD2soundbankeditor) make sure the audio file is a .wav 44100Hz mono
