Yes, I know about Reset Inventory Profiles mod, but you have to press a button there, so too much work for me.
Works with Extra Profiles and Skill Sets mod and should work with any other mod that's add profiles and skill sets, as long as there is the same number of them.

Disclaimer

This mod doesn't actually keep assigned skill sets, but rather assign them respectively (set 1 to profile 1, etc.).
So, if for some reason your profile doesn't match your skill set, then it won't work as you'd like it to.
This definitely could be changed easily, but Lua is literally the worst programming language out there, so I'm not gonna bother.
You could also just set them manually in the file however you want, but I'd recommend actually organizing your profiles if that's the case.
