Gambler except it's an actually RNG-based perk deck instead of ammo pickup hoarder with funny branding.

For some people, there's only one way to feel truly alive, and that's to watch a set of acrylic dice tumble across a velvet expanse, knowing that everything rides on those little numbered plastic cubes. When you win, no feeling will compare- you feel as bulletproof as a bank robber. And when you lose... the insatiable hunger to win it all back, and more.
If you're a True Gambler, you've known those highest highs and lowest lows. Simply scavenging for the scraps just won't cut it, especially if you have to share.
But here's a tip for the True Gambler:
Your fate is in your own hands.

Card 1: Roll the Bones
Unlocks and automatically equips the Lucky Dice ability.
Pressing [GRENADE] will roll 2 six-sided dice, granting a random effect according to the outcome of this roll.
The first die will determine the type of effect (according to the list below), and the second die will determine whether the effect is positive or negative (positive if 4, 5, or 6; negative if 1, 2, or 3).
You have 2 charges of this ability.
This ability has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Each effect lasts for 10 seconds.

Card 3: Snake Eyes
Scoring 2 headshot kills within 2 seconds reduces the cooldown of Lucky Dice by 2 seconds.

Card 5: Weighted Dice
Pressing your grenade keybind again within 5 seconds of activating the Lucky Dice ability will cancel the current effect and Reroll it into a different effect. Rerolling does not consume a charge of Lucky Dice.

Note: Rerolling the "Hurt" effect will heal the amount of health lost, assuming that the effect did not kill you.
This can only happen once every 30 seconds.

Card 7: Let it Ride
When Rerolling, the durations of any active positive effect(s) are refreshed instead of being removed.

Card 9: Midnight
Rolling the same number on both dice will guarantee a positive effect. If the effect would already be positive, then the effect's duration is doubled instead.
Note: Doubled effect duration from Midnight does not apply to Let it Ride.

Bane: Armor fully depleted, armor regen doubled

Clumsy: -50% Reload Speed

Speedy: +20% Movement Speed
Sluggish: -20% Movement Speed
6)
Stopping Power: +25% Weapon Damage Bonus, +50% Melee Damage Bonus
Power Stopped: -25% Weapon Damage Bonus, -50% Melee Damage Bonus
This mod adds some minor HUD elements exclusive to this perk deck:
- A display to show the current dice roll (disappears a few seconds after each roll)
- A buff tracker specifically for the buffs added in this perk deck (does not track other buffs)
- A "glow" effect around the grenade counter in the HUD, to demonstrate when the Reroll ability from Weighted Dice is available
There is no mod options menu for this mod.
To make changes to the settings (such as HUD element placement, or whether to make the perk deck cost perk points), please download the associated .ini file, place it in your mods/saves/
directory, and edit any parameters you wish there.
