Download, unzip the file, drop main folder into your assets/mod_overrides folder in the PAYDAY 2 directory. The track itself should be in "Options > Sound > Custom Heist Tracks"

decided to unlist this because of how poorly made it is to the point where it's embarrasing, you can still get it if you really really want to though, but wouldn't recommend
