There was a bug in vanilla which caused consistently duplicated explosion damage, introduced in Update 219 and revealed in all its glory in Update 220.
Explosives became hilariously overpowered as well as very uncomfortable to rely on for zerker users, for example Frenzy Armorer 100% zerker method became impossible to pull off without eyeballing which isn't ideal and will result in death most of the time.
This mod makes the explosion behavior exactly identical to what it was before U219, making them (at least somewhat closer to being) balanced and allowing you to rely on them to get high berserker values consistently again.
