Extract the file into your mod_overrides folder and it will appear at the end of your custom track list before a heist.
Received a lot of help making this from my lovely boyfriend BonkyTonk- it was mostly for him so sorry if I've mislabled the track, I'm not super familiar with Yakuza and the Judgement games.
